Mục đích sử dụng
Mạo từ “The” được dùng với danh trường đoản cú xác định, toàn bộ cơ thể nói và bạn nghe các biết danh từ bỏ được nói đến là đối tượng nào. Ví dụ, có nhiều cửa sổ trên thế giới nhưng giả dụ ai kia nói với các bạn “close the window” thì chúng ta biết rõ đó là chiếc cửa sổ nào.

Mạo trường đoản cú là gì?
Mạo từ là trường đoản cú đứng trước danh từ và cho biết thêm danh từ bỏ ấy nhắc tới một đối tượng người sử dụng xác định hay không xác định.
– chúng ta sử dụng ‘The’ khi danh tự chỉ đối tượng/sự thiết bị được khắp cơ thể nói và bạn nghe biết rõ đối tượng người dùng nào đó. Ngược lại, khi người nói đề cập cho một đối tượng người sử dụng chung hoặc chưa xác định được thì họ dùng Mạo từ cô động A, An.
Các loại mạo từ trong giờ Anh
Có 2 nhiều loại Mạo từ chủ yếu “Thường gặp Nhất” trong giờ đồng hồ Anh:

Mạo từ Xác định
Mạo từ bỏ xác định (Definite article) THE được dùng trước một danh từ đã được xác định ví dụ về quánh điểm, địa chỉ hoặc đã được đề cập trước đó, hoặc hầu như khái niệm đa dạng mà fan nói và người nghe/người đọc phần nhiều biết họ đang nói về ai hay thứ gì.

Chúng ta cần sử dụng a hoặc an trước một danh trường đoản cú đếm được số ít. Chúng tức là một. Chúng được dùng trong câu bao gồm tính tổng quan hoặc đề cập mang đến một chủ thể chưa được đề cập từ trước.

Chúng ta cần sử dụng a trước những từ bắt đầu bằng một phụ âm hoặc một nguyên âm tất cả âm là phụ âm. Kề bên đó, chúng bao gồm các chữ cái còn sót lại và một vài trường hợp bắt đầu bằng “u, y, h”.Eg:
