A. Khu nhà ở cao tầng cao cấp (Block A & Block B) chiếm diện tích 54.850 m2. Được bố trí thành 2 khu ở phía Bắc và phía Nam của dự án với kiến trúc đẹp & hiện đại, gồm các khối chung cư cao 40 tầng, mật đô xây dựng 31%.
B. Khu Thương mại – Văn phòng – Dịch vụ công cộng (Block C) chiếm diện tích 9238 m2. Trong đó diện tích xây dựng công trình là 4156 m2 có chiều cao 40 tầng. Được bố trí tại phía Đông Bắc, giáp tuyến đường đô thị và đối diện khu công viên hồ điều hòa.
C. Khu Trường học bao gồm khu vực trường tiểu học & Trung học cơ sở (Block D). Có diện tích 21.379 m2, trong đó diện tích xây dựng công trình là 5303 m2.
D. Diện tích còn lại 13.769 m2 bao gồm cây xanh, sân vườn & thể thao. Được bố trí đan xen giữa các khối nhà chung cư cao cấp Block A & Block B với những mảng xanh từ vườn hoa, khu tổ chức sân chơi, sân thể thao…

Thông tin chi tiết của Block A:
Khu nhà ở cao tầng cao cấp khối Block A có diện tích khoảng 26.532m2, trong đó diện tích xây dựng công trình là 9.298m2, mật độ xây dựng 31%. Chiều cao công trình 40 tầng (có tầng hầm để xe và bố trí kỹ thuật).
Khu Block A sẽ bao gồm 4 khối nhà ở căn hộ chung cư cao tầng, trong đó một phần diện tích tầng 1 của 3 khối nhà chung cư được bố trí làm nhà trẻ mẫu giáo đảm bảo sự tiện lợi trong việc đưa đón các bé và sự an tâm của bậc cha mẹ. Tại khối nhà còn lại sẽ dành 4 tầng để làm khu dịch vụ thương mại và văn phòng.
Khu vực trung tâm của block được quy hoạch thành một quảng trường với tầm nhìn rộng, thuận tiện để tổ chức các sự kiện ngoài trời quy mô lớn. Giữa các khối nhà được kết nối với nhau bởi những mảng xanh hoa viên, cây xanh, hồ nước, đường nội khu, lối dạo bộ… Bên cạnh đó các block này còn có sân tập thể thao đa năng.

Khu nhà ở cao tầng cao cấp khối Block B có diện tích khoảng 28.327 m2,trong đó diện tích xây dựng công trình là 8.822 m2, diện tích xây dựng 31,1%. Chiều cao công trình 40 tầng (có tầng hầm đỗ xa và bố trí kỹ thuật).
Khu Block B sẽ bao gồm 5 khối nhà ở căn hộ cao tầng. Trong đó một phần diện tích tầng 1 của 3 khối nhà chung cư được bố trí làm Nhà trẻ và mẫu giáo. Khu trung tâm cũng được quy hoạch thành quảng trường với đầy đủ tiện nghi, tầm nhìn rộng.
Thông tin chi tiết của Block C
Khu văn phòng – dịch vụ công cộng có diện tích khoảng 9.238 m2. Trong đó diện tích tích xây dựng công trình là 4.156 m2, mật động xây dựng 45%. Tổng diện tích sàn xây dựng là 120,298 m2. Chiều cao công trình 40 tầng (có tầng hầm đỗ xe & bố trí kỹ thuật).
Block C là Toà nhà đa chức năng, trong đó 5 tầng để sử dụng làm khu dịch vụ. Mua sắm,khu giải trí, sân khấu nhạc kịch, rạp chiếu phim, nhà hàng… Từ tầng 6 trở lên là khu vực văn phòng, trung tâm tổ chức hội nghị – sự kiện và căn hộ sang trọng & cao cấp. Toà nhà được xem là điểm nhấn quan trọng tại khu vực cửa ngõ của dự án với không gian cây xanh và hồ nước thoáng mát, trong lành. Tạo ngoại quan kiến trúc đồng bộ trên trục đường chính & tầm nhìn thẩm mỹ với khu công viên quy hoạch. Xung quanh toà nhà có nhiều tuyến đường với lộ giới giao thông rộng kết hợp với các phương tiện giao thông công cộng.
Khu trường học
Gồm 2 khối trường tiểu học và trung học cơ sở,có diện tích 21.379 m2. Trong đó diện tích xây dựng công trình là 5.303 m2, mật độ xây dựng 24,046 m2. Chiều cao công trình 4 – 10 tầng (có tầng hầm đỗ xe & bố trí kỹ thuật). Quy mô học sinh theo quy chuẩn xây dựng Việt Nam, cụ thể số học sinh tiểu học là 800 học sinh, số học sinh THCS 676 học sinh. Tổng số học sinh tiểu học & THCS là 1.476 học sinh.
Diện tích cây xanh, thể thao
Có tổng diện tích 13.769 m2 được bố trí tại lõi trung tâm giữa các khu vực nhà ở. Gồm nhiều dãy cây xanh, vườn hoa, khu tổ chức sân chơi, hoạt động thể thao. Lối dạo bộ kết hợp với không gian mặt nước trải dài xuyên suốt trong khu vực. Không chỉ đem lại phong cảnh đẹp mà còn là một môi trường trong lành.

Top 5 in the hotel I have stayed in. First of all, it's very clean, very, very neat. The service is really home, no details they didn't expect. Free afternoon tea in the afternoon, free wine champagne in the evening live music.Waiting at the hotel cafe when you check in, someone will help you, and send it to the door when you check out. There are more than 40 rooms, each design is different, there is history, there is a sense of art. Breakfast is a casual order in the menu, each dish is very delicate. A hotel worth experiencing. It is the best hotel I stayed in during this ttgdtxphuquoc.edu.vn. The decoration environment is nothing to say. It is the work of the famous resort hotel designer Bill Bensly. The theme of the opera house is full of details. The hotel was only grand opened in April last year, so it is very good New, the hotel's sauna facilities and swimming pool are very good. Although the breakfast is a buffet, there are still people who come to serve a la carte, and the dishes are very good. You can soak in the hotel all day, eat and drink. In the evening, we went to the restaurant on the top floor to enjoy dinner. Definitely go back and stay
Amazing experience! This is one of our best ttgdtxphuquoc.edu.vns to Ha Noi. We got the Opera Wing room on 1st floor, with a terrace outside the room. It was recommended by the receptionist that this is one of the best option. Super quite at nite. In the day, I did feel like being in a little French courtyard when sitting there. The room itself is super with all the interior at high standard. Breakfast is great, especially the daily change in Vietnamese soup options. Quite a good variety of breakfast (continental and local blend). Service is good with all great attention from the staff. Super friendly.

It seems to be the best hotel in every way. The restaurant pool garden rooms especially the massage was so good. Be sure to do a massage. Reservation is required.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. The best service at a hotel I've ever received. From the fruit and juice as the welcoming, to the kind greetings each time when walking in and to the takeaway breakfast from my 5am early check out - the staff at Hanoian Lakeside were great! I even struggled to find a money exchanger and the staff personally walked me over there. Hotel room was spotless clean! Location was also fantastic. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back here.

I stayed during Tet holiday in corner suite. Room condition & service was perfect. And breakfast was good, but not good as JW marriot. And food in club lounge was not really worthy. I think, if sb considering club room for food, no need to upgrade room for it.One bad point is there is no indoor swimming pool. There is only swimming pool shared with Landmark 72 residence.
It's good because it's close to My Ding, which is near the Korean Village.Hotel facilities are good and staff are friendly
However, the cost-effectiveness ratio should be considered.
The building itself is a bit old, but nice enough. First of all, the room was nice because it was spacious, and it was very comfortable with a wide table, sofa, large kitchen and large refrigerator, and it was especially nice to be able to do laundry and dry clothes because there was a washing machine with a dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided, so you don't have to bring it.If I had to find a downside, the shower booth was narrow and a little uncomfortable.
The hall is beautifully arranged, but the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, especially the shower part in the bathroom. There are not many styles of breakfast, but it can also meet our needs. The service staff are all professional and have a good attitude. Overall, this is a hotel with a history. Don't ask too much.

Jade Orental was our first stop in Hanoi after an 18 hour ttgdtxphuquoc.edu.vn from the US. We were a group of 17 people. The General Manger Mr. Do and his staff welcomed us very well on arrival with a efficient check in process. The hotel is located in a great area (we were walking around after midnight and felt safe). Breakfast spread was excellent and food tasty with lots of variety, customer service was very good, rooms were well appointed and bed very comfortable. Felt at home and very welcomed. Would definitely go back there again. Thanks to everyone for making our stay there great.
Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights at peridot. We had some hiccups which was of no fault by the hotel..( like losing one luggage from our group from our cruise, and tour operator etc). The hotel went above and beyond to help us resolve our problems. Special thanks to Plum, who was so nice and friendly and was so professional and efficient to resolve issues for us. Hotel has plenty of restaurants and street food everywhere and is very near the lake. Beautiful pool and sky bar too.Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the bellboys to the front desk staff. They even gifted my mom who has a bad knee a herbal compress from the spa. Small details and kind gestures made our stay here so special. 5 stars to the peridot team!
Our stay at Golden Cyclo Hotel was for one night before our next day limo ride to Sapa. The room was clean and efficient. It doesn't not have any windows though, so this may be a good thing is you are worried about noise from the streets. Sound proofing can be better, but overall it was a good and nice stay that was value for money.
The service and hotel was wonderful. The hotel staff went out of the way to ensure we got the best service, especially the guy name Huyen at the concierge. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake which was very nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Although it is costly per night, their service is worth every cent spent.
Stayed here for a bussines ttgdtxphuquoc.edu.vn but still, I got the chance to really enjoy my stay. The hotel is like brand new and is located at a perfect spot where I could explore all of the Old Quarter. And the staffs were amazing too, especially Stella. She helped us a lot, took lots of her time try to answered all of my silly questions, and made my boring breakfast more enjoyable. Just can't thank her enough. Overall, this hotel is where you should stay if you want to feel what it's like being in the heart of the Old Quarter. I will comeback soon.
Completely adored this hotel! Location is just a few steps away from the cathedral, we pretty much walked everywhere since the weather was so good. Many great cafes and street food nearby. The staff were super friendly and quick to respond to our needs.As if our stay wasn’t perfect enough already, we got upgraded to the VIP suite for our last two days ❤️ Thank you Anatole!
Hotel is very good.Especially the location is just at the hoan kiem lakeside.The hotel is very small and the elevator is old.The card always can not control it.But beside that all others is good.It is worthy to have a stay.
The hotel is located right in the centre of the old quarters, with plenty of street food and restaurants around within a short walk. It is 3 mins walk to the beautiful lake which is ever popular among the locals for exercises.Every hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always greet every guest with a warm smile, and ever ready to attend to our needs. The hotel manager Tony speaks very good English and most helpful to ensure we have a great stay. The buffet breakfast was a good value at VND 150,000 with adequate delicious food for a sumptuous meal.Our connecting rooms with 2 queen beds were clean, spacious and comfortable. We have had a delightful 5-nights stay here and will definitely be back again.

We moved to this hotel after a less than great night at a nearby hotel. The location is ideal if you want to be near the lake or have business with an embassy. The lake is a 30 second walk, the embassies 10 minutes or so. There is a large grocery story (Vin
Mart) a short walk away. The room has a large sitting area, work desk, full kitchen with a household-size refrigerator/freezer, and the bed is very comfortable as are the pillows. The bed area can be sectioned off by closing a floor-to-ceiling curtain between it and the lounge area -- convenient when your travel companion wants to get up early to work (and turn on all the lights). The bathroom includes a full-size tub and a Japanese toilet (i.e., heated seat and built in bidet with multiple options). We were there in the midst of the pandemic so occupancy was low. Rather than a breakfast buffet they provided us with a menu that included a very large selection of items ranging from Western standards to Vietnamese standards. You won't go hungry from lack of options. Evenings in the rooftop restaurant includes groups of local youth taking selfies of themselves in the 'fancy' surroundings. Worth an evening drink for the beautiful lake view as well as the people watching. Staff were great, food was very good and prices in the mini bar were entirely reasonable. Coffee, tea, drinking water and a FULL breakfast are included. If this location fits your needs when visiting Hanoi, I cannot recommend it more highly.
